The generators are troplcalize, with special vacuum impregnation process of the windings. On request the treatment for damp-saline environment is available.

The ratings are referred to the following conditions: - Balanced non-deforming load. - Ambient temperature not over 40"C. - Altitude below 1000m. above sea level. - Minimum power factor 0.8.

The generators are provided with a large terminal box suitable for easy connection to the terminals.

¡á SINGLE PHASE OPERATION

Rating delivered in continuous duty Is about 60% of three phase rating.

¡á FREQUENCY

Generators can operate at 50 and 60Hz.

¡á VOLTAGES
|
Standard generators are supplied for voltages: C Type 380/220V for 60Hz. E Type 380/220V, 415/240V for 50Hz and 415/240V, 440/254V, 460/266, 480/277 for 60Hz. On request generators with special voltages and connections can be supplied.

¡á WAVE FORM
|
The line voltage wave form with the machine unloaded aud supplying a balanced non deforming three phase load is sinusoidal with a residual harmonic less than 5%, Lower values can be obtained on request(with slight reduction of the output).

¡á VOLTAGE REGULATION
|
This is maintained within ±1% with load from 0 to 100% speed From -2% to +5% and power factor range from 0.8 4o 1 and balanced load.
|
¡á TRANSIENT RATINGS
|
Voltage drop due to the application of full load at 0.8 power factor lagging Is between 18 to 20%, the output voltage recovers to within ±3% of the steady state value In less then 0.5 s.
